Membership Enrollment Process

To enroll as a Member of CKCL, please follow the following process:

   01. Fill the Membership Online Application Form 
   02. Attach all the documents mentioned in the Checklist of Documents            

• Attested photocopy of National ID Card.
• Attested photocopy of Passport (in case of foreign nationals)
• Attested photocopy of Club ID card if member of another Civil/Military/Business club.
• Up to date Trade License if the person is in business.
• Company Tax Payer Identification ( TIN ) Certificate.                      
• Attested photocopy of updated Income Tax Certificate.
• Four copies of passport size photograph.

Enclose the necessary pay orders

• Online Application Fees BDT 2,000 (non-refundable)
• Annual Subscription Fees as applicable on membership category
